Responsibilities

Prepare and oversee credit authorizations, loan documents, and financial analyses for new and existing accounts
Independently analyze complex financial statements and tax returns; identify trends and provide insights on borrower and industry data
Evaluate collateral values and prepare internal commercial real estate appraisals
Maintain thorough knowledge of bank lending policies and procedures
Communicate with borrowers to gather additional information
Support Relationship Managers in portfolio management and covenant monitoring
Monitor borrower financial health, compliance, and report significant changes
Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations (BSA, Patriot Act, OFAC)
Participate in bank and community volunteer activities
Maintain service standards and perform other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Minimum 2 years' credit analyst experience in banking
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality

Experience with Jack Henry systems
