Review and analyze complex data, identify problems and recommend solutions

Perform quality assessments of systems to ensure products or services conform to established standards and identifying process defects, gaps, or potential issues, and proposing solutions

Review and/or develop systems specifications documents, functional design documents, and test plans

Present complex technical materials to management clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
