Responsibilities
Experience handling divestitures, including carve-outs, spins and full-enterprise sales for private investor groups and corporate buyers
Ability to analyze financial and operational results of businesses to be sold through reviewing accounting records and conducting interviews with management
Ability to assist clients in the preparation of SEC filings, including carve-out audited financial statements
Remain up to date on industry trends and technologies, as well as seasonality and cyclicality on cash flow requirements to provide authoritative knowledge and insight to clients
Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills including the ability to process, manipulate and concisely present large amounts of data; knowledge of Alteryx and Microsoft Power Bi is a plus
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 8+ years of related work experience
Significant public accounting experience
Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights
The ability to prioritize effectively on projects and the skills to adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts
Proven ability to identify and assess business and technical issues, distill key insights, and deliver clear, strategic recommendations to executives
