Responsibilities
Apply internal medicine expertise to evaluate adult medicine–focused medical content generated or reviewed by AI systems
Contribute to structured evaluations assessing AI safety, evidence quality, and clinical appropriateness
Identify and document failure modes and edge cases (e.g., missed red flags, unsafe prescribing, inappropriate reassurance or delayed escalation)
Assess alignment with evidence-based internal medicine guidelines and real-world clinical workflows
Maintain strict confidentiality and NDA compliance
Qualification
Required
General internal medicine (outpatient and inpatient)
Chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, heart failure, CKD)
Complex multimorbidity and polypharmacy
Diagnostic reasoning and undifferentiated adult presentations
Preventive care and health maintenance
Hospital medicine and care transitions
Geriatric medicine and frailty
Clinical training in internal medicine or closely related adult medicine fields
US Board-certified
Internal medicine residents or fellows with strong clinical experience
Active or recent involvement in adult clinical practice
Familiarity with evidence-based internal medicine guidelines (e.g., ACP, USPSTF, ACC/AHA, ADA)
Strong clinical judgment with the ability to articulate concise, well-supported rationales
Interest in AI evaluation and responsible use of medical data
Reliable remote setup and comfort working asynchronously
