Expertly organize and maintain complex calendars
Help, prep, and execute essential financial planning paperwork with zero errors
Review and compile thorough account reviews
Document the CRM system with meticulous detail on all client communications
Actively help build and foster a robust client referral system
Attend high-profile client events
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree Strongly Preferred
Life and Health License
2+ years of experience in the financial industry is a major advantage
Ability to communicate impactfully with clients, advisors, and staff
Significant familiarity with financial markets and a crystal-clear understanding of the advice process
Ability to maintain an organized, proactive view of client needs and objectives
Thrives under pressure in a high-stakes, deadline-driven environment
Mastery of Effective and Efficient Time Management
