Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to gather and understand data requirements, translate them into detailed documentation, and establish clear mapping rules for data integration
Data Analysis: Analyze client data, design scalable onboarding and automation solutions, and present data findings effectively to stakeholders
Technical Liaison: Act as a bridge between clients, developers, pre-sales teams, and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on data-related matters
Quality Assurance: Engage in code reviews, verify business rules are applied correctly, and maintain high data integrity across our databases
Reporting: Share initial data onboarding reports with internal teams and provide ongoing updates on data loading and maintenance events
Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams, understanding and addressing the unique needs of each partnership
Qualification
Required
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and cross-functionally within a team
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a good sense of ownership and accountability
Experience in working with clients and cross-functional teams, with clear and effective communication skills
Proficiency in SQL, understanding of relational database design, data warehousing concepts, and ETL systems
Familiarity with Linux for file archival, Python, Shell scripting (a plus), and experience in AdTech (a plus)
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet service-level agreements
Minimum of 3 years in a role related to data onboarding, data solutions engineering, or similar fields
Preferred
Experience in AdTech or marketing technology platforms
Familiarity with Python, Shell scripting, and Linux environments
Background in client-facing roles or consulting
Experience working in Agile environments
