Responsibilities
Reconciles multiple (i.e. locations, products, carriers/vendors) client or policy premium payments
Researches and resolves variety of billing issues and suspense discrepancies
Enters high volume of billing updates into the appropriate system (e.g., Dynamic cases, updates for legacy products, etc.)
Analyzes and responds to variety of billing inquiries and requests from internal and external customers
May assist with training new members
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED with 2 – 4 years of related experience
