Judson Group is partnering with a prominent $29B AUM RIA to find a Senior Wealth Manager who will significantly impact client relationships. In this role, you will manage high-net-worth clients, providing expert investment management and financial planning guidance while ensuring exceptional service and strategic conversations for long-term success.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for a sophisticated client base, building lasting relationships through proactive communication and world-class service
Guide clients through personalized investment strategies, portfolio reviews, tax-efficient planning, and holistic financial roadmaps
Prepare and present compelling financial plans and investment insights during client meetings
Execute trades, respond to complex inquiries, and solve unique client challenges with confidence and precision
Work hand-in-hand with internal planning, investment, and operations teams to ensure seamless client experiences
Qualification
Required
8+ years in a client-facing wealth management or RIA role, managing high-net-worth relationships
Bachelor's degree required; CFP® or CFA strongly preferred
Series 65/66 required (or willing to obtain)
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel
High attention to detail, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a deep desire to exceed client expectations
Ability to self-manage and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Ability for occasional travel to clients
Preferred
CFP® or CFA strongly preferred
Familiarity with wealth tech platforms is a plus
