Makonis is a leading biosimilars pharmaceutical company seeking highly motivated Field Sales Executives with expertise in engaging Immunologists, Gastroenterologists, and Rare Disease specialists. The role focuses on driving sales of innovative biotechnological drugs in rare and high-cost treatment markets.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets in assigned therapeutic areas
Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers (immunologists, gastroenterologists, oncologists, and rare disease specialists)
Navigate public and private healthcare institutions to position products effectively
Drive product awareness, access, and adoption across targeted accounts
Manage territory efficiently, leveraging deep knowledge of local market dynamics, regulations, and bidding processes
Represent the organization with professionalism and uphold compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations
Qualification
Required
Minimum 4+ years of experience as an Institutional Sales Specialist Representative in pharmaceutical companies
Strong background in biotechnological Drugs and pathologies requiring high-cost treatments
Demonstrated success in engaging specialists in immunology, gastroenterology, oncology, and rare diseases
Proven ability to navigate public and private institutions effectively
Must reside within 25 miles of the assigned territory
