Responsibilities
Set the vision for developing a product and ensure the product meets the established goals and continues its growth trajectory through great digital experiences, innovative ideas, and continuous improvement
Demonstrable ability to communicate goals, requirements, and desired outcomes to cross-functional project teams and leadership
Experience of collaborating with multiple internal and external business teams to develop product requirements and overall product roadmap, while also driving the implementation and delivery of products
Ability to develop detailed business requirements and user stories for the creation of product specifications and feature requests
Proven ability to use analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to extract data and build metrics to back up assumptions, evaluate outcomes, and challenge legacy requirements
Support and enhance existing products with thoughtful and measurable impact
Strong understanding of both engineering and coding
A proven history of developing and performing scalable, and durable systems
Experience in engineering SDLC best practices and agile software development
A data-driven approach to problem-solving and communications
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Have a positive, can-do, user-centered attitude
Willing to have fun and volunteer 15 hours/week
Qualification
Required
7+ years of working experience in the Tech industry
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Strong understanding of product development processes, from ideation to launch
Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
