2+ years expComPsych is the worldwide leader in organizational mental health and well-being. The Network Specialist - Provider Requests is responsible for quickly identifying, recruiting, and contracting with mental health providers to meet the special requests and needs of clients.

Responsibilities
Identify and recruit EAP and behavioral health providers for ad hoc contracting and possible participation in ComPsych's professional provider network
Negotiate rates, confirm required credentials, and finalize contracts for immediate access to care for a patient
Work closely with ComPsych's clinical team to ensure a successful experience for the client
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Strong web based research skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently
Ability to prioritize and problem solve
Strong analytical skills
Ability to work with a sense of urgency
Superior customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills, including follow-up
Preferred
2+ years of professional business experience preferred
Experience working in an Insurance, Benefits, and/or Human Resources related industry preferred
