Responsibilities

Designing, developing, and implementing custom ServiceNow flows and integrations for the service request and employee center modules

Collaborating with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to understand business requirements and design solutions specific to service request and employee center needs

Providing technical expertise and guidance to less experienced developers

Participating in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability for the service request and employee center modules

Troubleshooting issues and providing support to end-users for the service request and employee center modules

Staying up-to-date with ServiceNow features and best practices to continuously improve the platform and develop innovative solutions for the service request and employee center modules

Required

Bachelor's degree

4-6 years experience

Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on the service request and employee center modules

Experience with ServiceNow APIs and integrations with third-party systems

Familiarity with agile development methodologies

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
