Divisional Sales Manager

Responsibilities
Refine pricing communication strategy
Working with BI/Power BI to understand pricing reports
Monitor and report on trends/exceptions, and price overrides to management
Keep proper documentation and approval for audit strategy
Ensure the territory pricing is properly maintained in SAP
Execute CMC's rebate strategy
Maintain full and equalized freight rates
Execute and administer regional pricing moves
Qualification
Required
Ability to apply strong analytical and problem solving skills to identify and research resolution to issues and trends with transactions
Excellent customer relation skills
Strong communication Skills (verbal, written, listening) including ability to communicate effectively with all levels or organization
Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail
A balanced mix of skills - driver and facilitator, tactical leader and doer
Team player that can also work independently
Ability to make decisions under time constraints
Possess a positive attitude and innovative approach in problem solving
Ability to take initiative and ownership, and be accountable for integrity of the system
Preferred
SAP experience a plus
