Responsibilities

Lead Circle 7 Capital’s strategic sales initiatives, driving revenue growth across institutional and enterprise clients
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with corporate objectives and long-term growth plans
Manage and close complex, high-value sales cycles involving senior executives, investment committees, and boards
Position Circle 7 Capital as a trusted strategic partner through consultative, solution-oriented selling
Design and implement scalable go-to-market frameworks for fintech-enabled financial products and services
Identify and pursue new market opportunities, client segments, and strategic partnerships
Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Strategy teams to align offerings with market demand
Support international and cross-border expansion initiatives through targeted sales execution
Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutional investors, asset managers, corporates, and financial intermediaries
Act as a senior commercial representative of Circle 7 Capital in client engagements, negotiations, and industry forums
Ensure client feedback informs product development, service refinement, and strategic planning
Deliver a high-touch, trust-based client experience consistent with Circle 7 Capital’s values
Own revenue targets, pipeline development, and forecasting for strategic accounts
Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track sales effectiveness, conversion rates, and deal velocity
Optimize sales processes to improve efficiency, transparency, and scalability
Drive disciplined execution across the full sales lifecycle—from origination to onboarding
Work closely with Executive Leadership to align sales priorities with corporate strategy
Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to ensure all sales activities meet regulatory and governance standards
Coordinate with Marketing and Thought Leadership teams to strengthen brand positioning and market visibility
Support strategic planning initiatives with market intelligence and client insights
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing strategic sales team as the business grows
Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and results-driven execution
Develop sales talent through coaching, performance management, and leadership development
Champion ethical sales practices, integrity, and long-term relationship building

Required

20+ years of progressive experience in strategic sales, business development, or revenue leadership within fintech, capital markets, or institutional financial services
Proven track record of closing complex, high-value enterprise or institutional deals
Deep understanding of financial products, capital markets, fintech platforms, or digital asset ecosystems
Strong strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive-level relationship management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field required
