Responsibilities

Collaborate with software development and architecture teams to deploy and manage infrastructural systems and applications

Lead initiatives to automate and optimize operations and processes, reducing manual interventions and improving efficiency

Develop, maintain, and enhance tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations

Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in development, testing, and production environments

Mentor and support the growth of junior DevOps engineers

Coordinate and guide release activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards and smooth deployment processes

Produce detailed reports and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement

Partner with Performance Engineering and Documentation teams to enhance the installation and customer experiences

Stay current with the latest industry trends in agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
