Responsibilities
Execute test cases and report bugs across web-based features related to deployments, pipelines, dashboards, and approvals
Validate UI and functional behavior based on requirements and specs
Collaborate with QA leads, product managers, and developers to clarify issues and improve test coverage
Contribute to and maintain regression test plans
Verify bug fixes and work with engineers to confirm resolution
Support usability, performance, and accessibility testing when appropriate
Help maintain documentation for QA processes and test results
Support the Production deployments based on the requirements and schedules
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience in software testing or a relevant internship
Basic knowledge of QA methodologies and defect lifecycle
Familiarity with testing tools like Jira and any Test management tools
Strong attention to detail and curiosity about how things work
Good written and verbal communication skills
A collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced team
Must be a US citizen/permanent resident, and capable of obtaining a Government Security clearance if required and live in and work from the US
Preferred
Exposure to testing SaaS or enterprise software
Good to have Salesforce knowledge
Familiarity with Agile/Kanban processes
Experience testing Angular-based applications or working with browser dev tools
Interest in learning test automation over time
Interest in learning Postman, JMeter, AI testing like tools
