Responsibilities
Help lead the technical strategy, planning, and execution of Teradata’s cross-functional engineering and AI initiatives
Support alignment between architecture, product management, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions
Apply a data-driven approach to technical program delivery—ensuring execution predictability, operational excellence, and quality outcomes across the software and systems lifecycle
Explore and implement ways AI can enhance productivity, innovation, and impact across our workforce
Work across Teradata’s Engineering, AI, Analytics, Apps, and UX organization to ensure programs are executed with clarity, visibility, and technical integrity
Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Cloud Operations, and UX teams to deliver key product and infrastructure capabilities
Engage with Security, Compliance, and Customer Support to ensure readiness and adoption
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline
5+ years of experience managing software or cloud engineering programs, ideally in a global or cross-functional environment
Solid understanding of software and systems architecture, development lifecycles, and cloud-based delivery models (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS)
Demonstrated ability to deliver technical initiatives using Agile or SAFe methodologies
Foundational AI skills and the ability to understand how AI can be applied to improve outcomes in your area of expertise
Preferred
PMP/PgMP or equivalent (or progress toward certification)
Experience supporting programs involving AI, data analytics, or cloud platforms
Familiarity with compliance and security frameworks such as FedRAMP, ISO 27001, or IRAP
Experience using Aha, Jira, and Confluence for program tracking and visibility
