Account Executive
iQor is a company that helps good businesses grow into great companies through digital marketing and high-performance sales execution. They are seeking an Account Executive to identify high-potential companies, engage decision makers, and drive revenue through effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities
Target and engage high-growth companies through outbound outreach (calls, email, social)
Build trust and relationships quickly with decision makers
Understand customer needs and position solutions that fit their business challenges
Manage and advance deals through each stage of the sales pipeline
Maintain a strategic, forward-looking approach to pipeline creation and revenue generation
Meet and exceed monthly KPIs tied to activity, pipeline, and closed revenue
Qualification
Required
1 - 2 years of experience generating net-new business (SaaS or digital advertising preferred)
Proven success as an outbound hunter and top individual contributor
Formal sales training (e.g., Challenger, Sandler, MEDDIC) is a strong plus
Ability to educate prospects on industry trends and communicate clear value props
Skilled at finding new contacts within SMB and enterprise organizations
Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
Familiarity with modern sales engagement tools (Sales Navigator, Outreach, Engage)
Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
