Responsibilities

Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with overall business goals, with a focus on NYC-based operations
Partner with senior leadership to align on objectives, KPIs, and performance expectations
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and profitability
Lead, mentor, and develop operational leaders and management teams across multiple NYC locations
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, respect, and operational excellence
Ensure strong training, development, and performance management systems are in place
Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies, cost savings, and workflow improvements
Implement systems, tools, and processes that drive consistency and scalability
Establish, track, and act on KPIs to ensure operational success
Oversee operational budgets and resource allocation across NYC businesses
Analyze financial performance and partner cross-functionally to improve margins and cost effectiveness
Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning
Ensure operations comply with all local, state, and federal regulations
Develop and enforce policies to mitigate risk and support operational continuity
Work closely with HR, Finance, Marketing, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment and smooth execution
Serve as a key liaison between NYC operations and the corporate leadership team
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on performance, initiatives, and challenges
Prepare operational reports, insights, and recommendations for executive review

Required

5+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
Proven experience managing large teams and multi-unit operations
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and performance analysis
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management

Preferred

Experience operating in a fast-paced, NYC-based environment
