As a Concessions Utility team member, you will support the overall operations of concession stands by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and readiness of workspaces and equipment while ensuring a positive guest experience during events.

Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all concession areas, including prep stations, equipment, and storage spaces
Assist with stocking and restocking food, beverage, and supply items before, during, and after events
Support food preparation tasks such as portioning, assembling, and packaging menu items
Ensure all workstations are organized and fully equipped for efficient service
Monitor and dispose of waste properly, following recycling and sanitation guidelines
Clean and sanitize utensils, cookware, and concession equipment regularly
Assist with setup and breakdown of concession stands for events
Transport supplies and inventory between storage areas and concession locations
Follow all food safety and handling procedures in compliance with health regulations
Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly
Support team members during peak service times to ensure smooth operations
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with staff and guests
Assist with inventory counts and help track usage of supplies
Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance standards
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to support overall concession operations
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years foodservice / hospitality experience; similar venue experience a plus
Food service certification
Basic knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
Ability to obtain necessary certifications such as Food Safety Handler
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions accurately
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred
Previous experience in food service or concessions is preferred but not required
