Responsibilities

Perform Incoming (IQC), In-Process (IPQC), and Final (FQC) inspections on raw materials, components, and finished cable/harness assemblies

Verify and document that products meet all requirements from drawings, work orders, and technical specifications

Support the First Article Inspection (AS9102) process by accurately gathering and recording data as directed

Identify, document, and segregate all non-conforming material (NCR) for the Material Review Board (MRB)

Collaborate with the production team to provide real-time feedback on quality issues found during in-process checks

Accurately use and maintain all inspection equipment, ensuring it is in proper working order and in calibration

Maintain meticulous records of all inspections, test results, and non-conformances in the QMS

Champion and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area (5S)

Comply with all company policies and procedures

Perform other duties as assigned
