Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the recruitment process in a country/sub-region (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
Design the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
Explore the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
Build quality relationship with the internal customers and external agencies, colleges, institutes and associations
Monitor and constantly reduce the costs of the recruitment process and provide input to improve and streamline recruitment processes
Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant
Manage the recruitment of manager to executive level positions. Pro-actively sourcing candidates from the internet and the competition to identify candidates for the hard-to-fill positions
Utilize/maintain the ATS system for sourcing, reporting, metrics and provide feedback to streamline the recruitment process for global efficiency
Utilize/leverage/develop relationships with outside vendors, web sites, and niche posting sites
Train/mentor new recruiters on global recruiting processes and tools
Effectively partner with all areas of HR to ensure seamless onboarding of new hires
Utilize recruitment budget within given targets
Participate in global staffing initiatives as country/regional representative
