Responsibilities
Lead & Support: Provide operational leadership for the Central Control System and daily computer operations
Monitor & Escalate: Oversee enterprise infrastructure, ensuring 100% system availability and swift incident resolution
Mentor: Train and guide a team of Computer Operators, ensuring accuracy in daily operational checklists
Compliance: Maintain high standards of documentation in accordance with SSAE 18 audit requirements
Coordinate: Serve as the primary escalation point for operational incidents and recovery efforts
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
12–24 months in Computer Operations, Data Center, or a NOC environment
Ability to pass a criminal history background check and an FBI-style background check (required for Gaming License)
Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident tracking software
Preferred
Prior experience mentoring, leading, or supervising a team is highly preferred
