Responsibilities
Enhance existing planning capabilities to produce partner/seller level guidance per applicable metrics
Coordinate across Finance, WWIC, and stakeholders to cascade targets through all downstream capabilities
Support users and stakeholders throughout both annual and quarterly target refreshes
Understand the end-to-end business motions and drive alignment with partner reporting assets and data to ensure consistent views that maximize users’ effectiveness
Drive user engagement to ensure capabilities are understood and adopted within the field
Identify and implement AI enhancement opportunities throughout the planning toolset
Engage directly with the commercial planning tools team(s) to ensure alignment between partner and the rest of MCAPS
Communicate findings to senior leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience
Preferred
Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 12+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience
