Responsibilities
Own end-to-end CTI solution design within Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce
Review and validate technical architecture and design decisions
Work with business and technical stakeholders to drive delivery from requirements to production
Design and implement Salesforce CTI features including softphone setup, screen pop, click-to-dial, call logging, and omnichannel routing
Integrate Salesforce with telephony platforms such as Genesys, NICE, Amazon Connect, or Twilio
Develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, platform events, and APIs
Ensure secure coding practices and compliance with regulated industry standards
Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code quality checks
Support audit readiness and controlled production deployments
Lead and mentor onshore and offshore development teams
Drive sprint planning, backlog management, and release readiness
Communicate delivery status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership
Qualification
Required
Strong Salesforce development experience
Hands-on CTI integration experience in Salesforce Service Cloud / Agentforce
Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Omnichannel, Open CTI
Proven experience integrating Salesforce with Genesys, NICE, Amazon Connect, or Twilio
Experience working in financial services or other regulated environments
Prior experience leading technical teams
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer, Service Cloud Consultant)
Experience with Agentforce AI, chat, or virtual assistant features
Exposure to analytics and dashboards (e.g., Tableau)
Strong understanding of DevOps and secure SDLC practices
