Responsibilities
Own the roadmap, metrics, and execution for all device and marketplace initiatives
Collaborate deeply with Engineering, Design, Growth, Customer Support, and Operations to deliver cohesive experiences
Lead device-adjacent programs such as protection plans, trade-ins, financing, and upgrade offerings
Partner closely with Growth and Marketing to design and launch device offers and experiments
Drive conversion, revenue, and profitability through data-driven iteration and experimentation
Build capabilities and integrations needed for logistics teams to manage inventory, fulfillment, and reverse logistics
Qualification
Required
5+ years of product management experience
Strong generalist problem-solver who can identify and execute on high-impact opportunities
Proven experience working closely with engineers to ship real products, not just write specs or manage people
Experience in marketplace, e-commerce, or telecom products
Experience with physical products, logistics, or supply chain complexity
Background in growth, experimentation, or revenue-focused product areas
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
