Responsibilities

Training offenders in the safe, proper, and most efficient operation of equipment and practices utilized in a sewing manufacturing operation

Ensuring quality and quantity standards in accordance with applicable laws, policies, and regulations

Organizing and directing work assignments of offenders

Setting up equipment for processing of raw materials

Preparing a variety of written reports involving subjects such as inventory levels, equipment specifications, offender incidents, incentive wage payroll and production schedules
