Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing, RFx (RFI/RFP/RFQ), contract negotiations, and supplier management
Manage 10-13 active sourcing transactions while balancing workload and timelines
Partner closely with business stakeholders, procurement, legal, and risk teams
Negotiate complex IT and Professional Services contracts (cloud services like AWS included)
Ensure compliance with corporate policies and applicable federal procurement requirements
Manage renewals, resolve contract/invoice issues, and maintain documentation in SAP Ariba
Qualification
Required
5-9 years of experience in IT Procurement / Strategic Sourcing
Strong experience with Professional Services, Software, and SaaS purchasing
Proven ability to run RFx processes independently and lead contract negotiations
Excellent critical thinking, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba (must-have)
Proficient with MS Office Suite and Adobe
Team-oriented, detail-driven, and comfortable working independently
Preferred
Contracting certifications such as NCMA
