Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and reporting
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and month-end/year-end closing processes
Partner with leadership to implement stronger financial systems, controls, and best practices
Provide mentorship and serve as a knowledge resource for our growing finance function
Collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure smooth financial coordination
Qualification
Required
5+ years of proven experience in finance management, accounting, or senior bookkeeping
Strong understanding of GAAP, compliance, and financial reporting
Ability to improve and optimize financial processes
Hands-on and detail-oriented, but also strategic in approach
