7 years of administering Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops / Citrix DaaS and/or Azure Virtual Desktop
7 years of experience with monitoring and troubleshooting across Citrix/AVD, Windows Server, and network layers
7 years of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, subnets/VLANs, DNS, load balancing, plus hands‑on with ACLs and firewall rule management
4 years of experience with Azure network security, public‑sector security frameworks (e.g., NIST 800‑53), and CIS hardening benchmarks
