Responsibilities
Serve as subject matter expert on email best practices and emerging trends
Bring proven analytical and strategic capabilities to develop, implement, and optimize bar raising campaigns—thinking strategically and executing flawlessly
Work with internal creative partners to deliver best-in-class content for our customers
Identify new opportunities to drive efficiencies and engagement, based on evolving trends
Own metrics, goals, and KPIs to measure and track business result to the leadership team and broader organization
Qualification
Required
4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Experience producing marketing promotional material for Owned & Operated channels
Experience creating brand marketing content
Experience working with marketing tools including email, web analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
Experience with A/B testing, especially around audience segmentation and targeting
