Responsibilities

Assist in tracking and supporting artwork file processes for packaging materials
Review open Purchase Orders (POs) to help verify completion of artwork procedures prior to production
Support the review of artwork files to ensure alignment with approved packaging specifications and processes
Follow up on pending approvals, missing files, or process gaps under guidance from the team
Maintain accurate and organized tracking of artwork and packaging-related documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Quality Assurance, R&D, Purchasing, and Engineering

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Packaging Engineering (preferred) or a related field
Strong attention to detail and interest in process-driven work
Basic understanding of packaging materials and artwork workflows is a plus
Comfortable using Excel and tracking tools
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Eagerness to learn and gain hands-on experience in packaging engineering and artwork processes
