Responsibilities
Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial
Assist with drafting and filing pleadings, discovery, and motions
Organize, review, and manage large-scale document productions
Assist with trial preparation and court filings
Maintain case files and track billable time accurately
Coordinate with courts, clients, and opposing counsel as needed
Qualification
Required
No prior paralegal or legal experience required
Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university in the United States
Graduated in 2025 or graduating in 2026
Strong academic record
Exceptional writing, organizational, and analytical skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
Willingness to commit to a minimum two-year tenure
