Account Manager

Responsibilities
Serves as a proactive partner to assigned pharmaceutical manufacturers to advance business goals and long-term strategic outcomes
Utilizes comprehensive business metrics to understand and drive critical program insights and recommendations
Collaborates across internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on program objectives and deliverables
Leads the preparation and delivery of quarterly business reviews (QBRs) using actionable analytics and strategic insights
Observes and reports on program KPIs, SLAs, and other contractual metrics
Coordinates, troubleshoots, and helps resolve data discrepancies
Monitors and analyzes trends in program performance (e.g., conversion, adherence, persistence) to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Owns end-to-end program execution and business outcomes, including identifying and resolving issues, partner engagement, and performance tracking
Leads the development of launch plans and evolving variables based on business intelligence and partner feedback
Identifies and recommends operational or data process improvements to enhance outcomes
Responds to inquiries with promptness, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset
Ensures adherence to contractual obligations and identifies opportunities for performance improvement through internal collaboration and business process improvements
Supports product launches, and critical business initiatives in partnership with manufacturer stakeholders
Coordinates the implementation and execution of manufacturer programs
Clearly conveys expectations, provides constructive feedback, and facilitates open, two-way communication within the teams to drive collaboration and performance
May have responsibilities in leading supporting staff
Attends in-person meetings and events at PANTHER headquarters or manufacturer locations as required

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Health Science, Business, Marketing, or related discipline
Minimum of three (3) years' experience in healthcare, pharma, client services, or strategic program management
Demonstrated experience using data analytics and insights to drive business outcomes
Proven ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels
Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, conflict resolution and independent decision-making skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in analyzing operational data and translating insights into business strategy
Ability to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events
Preferred
Master's Degree in Health Science, Business, Marketing, or similar major
Experience supporting pharmaceutical manufacturers or specialty pharmacy operations
Proficiency in advanced reporting/BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Experience in process improvement (Lean Six Sigma, etc.)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with executive-level presentation capabilities
PMP or equivalent certification
