Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
Translate requirements into clear user stories, backlogs, and acceptance criteria
Assess the impact of requirements across applications, business processes, and integrated systems
Support user acceptance testing by responding to stakeholder questions, triaging issues, and assisting with resolution
Review functional and technical documentation to ensure testability and alignment with requirements
Create, execute, and document detailed test cases to validate system functionality and quality
Identify defects, recommend design improvements, and support issue resolution throughout the development lifecycle
Maintain traceability between requirements, features, and testing outcomes
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in analyst roles supporting enterprise platforms
Demonstrated ability to work independently with CRM or marketing automation systems
Strong background in system testing, quality assurance, and defect management
Experience working in agile delivery environments
Proven experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases
Familiarity with test automation concepts and scripting
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred
Relevant platform or industry certifications
Experience with analytics, automation, or low-code application platforms
