Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
Scheduling for 7-10 technicians
Excellent communication with customers regarding scheduling and updates
Enter data into various systems
Scan and file documents
Work with multiple managers and departments
Work independently with minimal supervision
Prepare, submit, and track customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing demands
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently
Must pass a national criminal background check
Must pass a pre-employment drug test (and participate in random testing if required)
Effective communication skills in English
