Corporate Actions, Senior Associate

They are seeking a Senior Associate for Corporate Actions who will manage high-risk processes, streamline operations, and provide training around corporate actions complexities. The role involves risk management, project work, and daily escalation resolution within corporate actions operations.

Qualification
Required
Responsible for Corporate Action Instruction processing
Manage high risk processes that span international markets
Focus on voluntary corporate action activity
Experience within the corporate action field
Utilize internal SSB and external relationships to troubleshoot instruction related issues
Risk management within corporate actions operations
Training of staff around corporate actions complexities as SME
Streamlining of processes
Meeting of Corporate Obligations
Project work, inclusive of Robotics/Automation
Daily escalation resolution
Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to manage team members across multiple sites
Prioritize potential issues and escalate
Subject matter expert within the corporate action space
B.S. degree in accounting or Finance
Minimum 3 years of Middle Office and/or Front Office support experience
Strong written and verbal communication ability
Preferred
Corporate Action mechanics understanding
Knowledge of securities language
Experience around custody/accounting systems
