Account Executive
PGP Pro Services is seeking a driven Account Executive to help grow and manage commercial client accounts across the DFW Metroplex. This commission-only role focuses on developing client relationships, managing operations, and ensuring successful project delivery while offering uncapped earning potential tied to performance.

Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and grow commercial client accounts
Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned clients
Present proposals, scopes of work, and pricing
Follow up on bids and convert opportunities into awarded work
Grow accounts year-over-year through repeat business and service expansion
Manage the operations and service side of each awarded job
Coordinate subcontractor bids, scopes, and schedules
Oversee invoices, billing, and pay applications (pay apps) in coordination with operations and accounting
Ensure jobs are delivered on time, on scope, and on budget
Act as the liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Build and maintain relationships with PGP Pro Services subcontractors
Ensure subcontractors meet quality, safety, and performance standards
Coordinate communication and expectations throughout the lifecycle of each job
Qualified leads will be provided
Account Executives are also expected to generate their own leads
Marketing materials, branding, and sales support are provided
CRM and internal systems provided

Strong relationship builder with a client-first mindset
Organized, accountable, and comfortable managing multiple jobs at once
