Seasonal Administrative Assistant, Renewals

The Seasonal Administrative Assistant on the Renewals team will connect with residents, assist with the renewal process, and perform various administrative duties in a fast-paced leasing office environment.

Responsibilities
Exemplify to tenants why StuyTown is the best place to live while building rapport and establishing trust
Communicate the renewal and/or vacate process to residents
Update information in our Residential Management System with specific details regarding the tenant’s lease renewal
Effectively follow-up with tenants via telephone and email to communicate outstanding required paperwork
Administrative duties, including copying, scanning, and digital filing
Provide support on special projects as needed
Additional duties may be assigned by Supervisor
Qualification
Required
0-2 years administrative experience required, Real Estate or Sales experience a plus
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A 'can-do attitude' with the ability to multi task and remain calm under high pressure in a fast-paced environment
Superior time management and organizational skills
Preferred
College degree preferred
Doing any, or all of that, in a multi-family environment would be good too
