Enterprise Account Growth Executive

Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and close net-new logo opportunities across targeted verticals and enterprise accounts
Develop and execute proactive hunting strategies through outbound prospecting, networking, account-based selling, and targeted campaigns
Lead consultative, discovery-driven sales engagements that align customer challenges with enterprise print, managed print, IT, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with Directors, VPs, and C-suite stakeholders
Collaborate closely with solution architects, technical pre-sales, and internal teams to design and deliver tailored proposals
Maintain a robust, accurate sales pipeline with disciplined CRM usage and forecasting
Partner with Marketing on targeted campaigns and provide actionable market and competitive feedback to leadership
Consistently meet or exceed revenue, ARR, and pipeline creation targets
Qualification
Required
3–7+ years of direct B2B sales experience with a proven track record of acquiring net-new customers
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
Strong background selling enterprise print services, managed print, managed services, IT services, cloud, or cybersecurity solutions
Demonstrated ability to generate opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and account-based marketing strategies
Experience leading complex, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with confidence engaging executive-level buyers
Proficiency with CRM systems and structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or SPIN
Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology solutions to measurable customer outcomes
