Responsibilities

Support attorneys in complex North Carolina family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and equitable distribution
Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery, motions, and court filings with precision and care
Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, providing clear communication and compassionate support
Manage case timelines, deadlines, and documentation from start to finish
Assist with mediation, hearings, and trial preparation
Build strong, meaningful relationships with clients while maintaining professionalism and empathy
Contribute to a team culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and service excellence

Required

Experience with case management systems (Smokeball experience is a plus)
