The role involves monitoring project progress, preparing feedback reports, coordinating client meetings, and managing business requirements.

Responsibilities

Responsible for monitoring project progress and budget against established timeline
Reviews all artifacts for quality and on-time delivery
Prepares feedback reports and communication status with client on mutually agreed occurrence
Coordinates and facilitates client review and feedback meetings with key stakeholders and SMEs
Responsible for writing and managing business requirements and stories
Prepares training materials and knowledge transition to content editors

Qualification

Business analysisAI tools in developmentProject managementProcess documentationContent management solutionsCommunication

Required

3+ years of experience in business analysis and systems development
Experience leveraging AI tools in the software development (or product) lifecycle in order to improve quality and efficiency
Experience in generating process documentation and reports
Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
1+ years managing large scale projects and user testing
Ability to author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
U.S. Citizenship required

Preferred

1+ years' experience implementing content management solutions
Business analysis: 3 years (Preferred)
IT project management: 1 year (Preferred)
