Responsibilities
Reads and understands Job Instructions, Formatted sample, machine templates, and Make-ready/sign-off procedures
Performs Daily Preventative Maintenance on assigned inserter equipment
Responsible for the safe and effective operation of assigned insert equipment
Performs Quality Checks on products
Provides training and direction to newly hired or promoted insert crewmembers
Responsible for maintaining production standards
Follows all established safety procedures and guidelines
Maintains job-related records and inputs production into Quad systems as required
Manages self-development
Actively participates in safety programs, follows safety policies and procedures and maintains a safe work environment
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of Inserting Experience
Knowledge of CMC high speed inserters and MCS inkjet equipment helpful
Strong mechanical aptitude
