Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD

Create and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations and customizations

Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to facilitate seamless data flow

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored ServiceNow solutions

Utilize ServiceNow scripting, REST APIs, and other integration tools to extend platform capabilities
