Metaprise is building the next-generation Financial Operating System and is expanding its SDR team focused on high-quality qualification calls. The role involves running inbound and outbound qualification calls, assessing fit, booking qualified meetings, and participating in coaching sessions.

Responsibilities

Run inbound and outbound qualification calls (mostly warm leads)
Follow a structured qualification script (BANT / SPIN guidance provided)
Assess ICP fit:
Company size & industry
AR/AP complexity
Current systems & workflows
Pain points and urgency
Capture clean, accurate discovery notes in CRM
Book qualified meetings for AEs and the CEO
Hit daily activity and meeting targets (calls, connects, meetings booked)
Participate in weekly remote SDR coaching and performance reviews

Qualification

Phone presenceSpoken EnglishSDR experienceHubSpot experienceCoachable

Required

Based in the United States
Eligible to work as a 1099 Independent Contractor
Strong spoken English and confident phone presence
Comfortable following scripts and qualification frameworks
Highly accountable, consistent, and coachable
Reliable internet and quiet calling environment

Preferred

SDR, Inside Sales, or Call Center experience
Experience using HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, or similar tools
Exposure to SaaS or finance-related workflows
