Engineering Product Manager

Responsibilities
Has end-to-end ownership for multiple products within a portfolio
Shapes product portfolio strategy, spanning 12-18 months, with clear outcomes and milestones along the way
Prioritizes activities across products to ensure business objectives are met
Reviews, prioritizes, and aligns market needs and business/portfolio strategy to develop multi-quarter product portfolio roadmaps
Ties broader platform/function goals to roadmap(s) across multiple products
Drives technical and prioritization trade-offs balancing incoming vs. tech debt vs. feature velocity
Serves as product/domain expert, with technical depth and deep market knowledge
Provides input into strategy for competitive analysis and market validation activities
Solicits and procures customer input across multiple channels and sources
Leverages deep customer knowledge to improve and innovate on existing information gathering methods, insights, and solutions
Creates alignment between product teams, stakeholder groups, and leadership to strengthen multiple product lines across platform(s)
Serves as product spokesperson within internal teams and external customer teams, councils or coaching forums
Qualification
Required
Typically: Bachelors + 8 years of related experience, or Masters + 6 years of related experience, or PhD + 3 years of related experience
