Supv, Program Management (CX Program)
ARUP Laboratories is a national clinical and anatomic pathology reference laboratory, and they are seeking a Supervisor for their Customer Experience (CX) Program. The role involves overseeing digital product development projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and supervising Business Analysts and UX Designers to deliver high-impact solutions.

Responsibilities
Oversee project vetting, initiation, and planning to ensure CX Program projects align with ARUP’s strategic goals
Establish and enforce best practices for business analysis, and UX design within the CX Program
Coordinate with IT and other stakeholders to ensure resources are effectively contributing to CX Program success
Maintain the master schedule and status of CX Program projects, coordinating dependencies across teams
Ensure successful delivery of project milestones on agreed-upon timelines
Perform all supervisory functions for Business Analysts / Product Owners, and UX Designers in the CX Program
Participate in the development of position descriptions and performance standards for CX Program roles
Responsible for hiring, training, motivation, counseling, and, if necessary, termination of direct reports
Assist with the development of operational and capital financial plans for the CX Program, managing expenditures and preparing resource requests
Conduct annual reviews for direct reports
Other duties as assigned, with a focus on advancing ARUP’s client-facing digital solutions
Qualification
Required
Responsible for the coordination and successful completion of digital product development projects within the Customer Experience (CX) Program
Ensures all CX initiatives align with and promote ARUP's strategic goals for client-facing digital solutions
Establishes and enforces program and project management processes specifically for the CX Program, focusing on best practices in product management, business analysis, and user experience (UX) design
Supervises Business Analysts who also serve as Product Owners and UX Designers, guiding their work to deliver high-impact digital solutions for ARUP clients
Promotes Agile software development philosophy and fosters a culture of continuous improvement and client-centric innovation

Mobility: The person in this position needs to occasionally move between work sites and inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc

PPE: Biohazard laboratory environment that requires use of personal protective equipment in accordance with CDC and OSHA regulations and company policies
ARUP Policies and Procedures: To conduct self in compliance with all ARUP Policies and Procedures
Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
Vision: Having close, far, and peripheral visual acuity to perform a variety of tasks such as making general observations of depth and distance
Fine Motor Control: Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working, primarily with fingers rather than with the whole hand as in handling
