Responsibilities

Open and close new customers through high-energy, inventive selling
Test everything — no rigid playbook, including:
In-person meetings
Events & conferences
Cold calling, email, and LinkedIn DMs
Hosting dinners, breakfasts, or meetups
Creative ideas or content that generate attention and pull-through
Own and manage a high-quality pipeline across startups and enterprise
Qualify deeply — understand real marketing pain, not surface-level needs
Position Passionfruit as a strategic partner, not a vendor
Build durable relationships with CMOs, VPs, Directors, and operators
Become a known presence in the NYC marketing ecosystem
Create long-term value, not just quick wins
Treat your territory like a business
Spot opportunities before they’re obvious
Work closely with Guy (Head of North America) and Jamie (Launch Manager) to shape US strategy, positioning, and execution
