Responsibilities

Interpret Business needs and translate them into documented system requirements and EDI mapping specifications to be given to IT development

Review with the development group the EDI mapping specifications and assist with solution

Prepare any process maps to support the automated process

Test the EDI transactions with the customer or supplier and our internal partner

Facilitate and manager User Acceptance testing and facilitate support for change management activities

Provide consulting and problem-solving skills

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Required

Working knowledge of ANSI X12 and EDIFACT

Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into clear, documented system requirements and EDI mapping specifications

Experience in facilitating and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), testing EDI transactions, and ensuring accuracy in automated processes

Strong written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with internal teams, customers, and suppliers, and to support change management activities
