Responsibilities
Drive the growth of Employer’s Industrial Solutions Business
Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies for our Value-Added Services and SaaS/Smart Manufacturing Solutions offerings
Lead Employer’s field business development team
Leverage an executive-level, outcome based sales approach to expand our reach, strengthen client relationships, and train sales professionals
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in the Industrial Market in B2B Services Sales Management or Business Development role with measurable results
Deep understanding of the industrial ecosystem, including End User, OEM, EPC, and Systems Integration
Understanding of relevant industrial services offerings, including transactional and managed repair programs, skilled technical staff augmentation, predictive maintenance solutions, technical training, and managed services programs
Proven ability to derive and articulate business value and financial outcomes related to services and solutions
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for productive collaboration with partners, customers, and internal teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools, presentation creation, and utilizing data to drive business discussions/decisions
Preferred
Experience working for or in-depth understanding of Electrical Distribution
